These Terms govern your use of Suliit ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Suliit at 151 Main St, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The marketplace
Suliit is an online marketplace that lets independent sellers offer products and services to buyers. Suliit itself is not the seller of goods or services listed by third parties. Sellers are responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and warranties.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to access data that isn't yours; interfere with the operation of the site; use the platform to violate the law; scrape data at a rate that impacts service; or use Suliit to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content.
4. Purchases
When you buy on Suliit, you enter into a contract for the item with the seller. Payment is processed through Suliit. Refunds and returns are governed by the seller's policy and, where applicable, Suliit buyer protection.
5. Selling
Sellers must comply with the seller policy and applicable law. Suliit may remove listings, suspend, or terminate seller accounts that violate these Terms or the seller policy.
6. Fees
Current fees are published on the pricing page. Suliit may adjust fees with at least 30 days' notice to active sellers.
7. Intellectual property
Suliit and its logo are trademarks of Suliit. Site content owned by us is protected by copyright. Sellers retain rights in their listings; by posting, sellers grant Suliit a limited license to display and distribute their listings on the platform.
8. DMCA
To submit a copyright infringement notice, email support@suliit.com with the required information: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a signed statement under penalty of perjury.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suliit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suliit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Suliit against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your listings (if a seller), or your misuse of the platform.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a Suliit account. Suliit may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the seller policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
