Run a real online business, without paying for tools you don't need.

Suliit is designed for independent sellers of products and services who want a straightforward place to sell online. This page is a practical overview of what it looks like to actually operate on the platform.

Seller registration

Applying takes about fifteen minutes. You'll provide your legal business name (or your own name if you sell as a sole proprietor), a tax identifier (EIN or SSN for U.S. tax reporting), a bank account for payouts, and a form of identification for verification. Most applications are approved within one business day.

Creating your storefront

Your storefront is the page customers land on when they click your name from any listing. Add a logo, a banner, a short description of what you sell and what makes you different, and your shipping and return policies. A carefully written storefront meaningfully improves conversion; it's worth an afternoon.

Uploading products

Add products one at a time or in bulk through a CSV import. Every listing supports up to eight photos, a description, price, inventory count, product variants (size, color, material), and shipping options. Digital-download listings can be uploaded as ZIP or individual files and are delivered to the buyer automatically at checkout.

Managing inventory

Inventory decrements automatically when an order is placed. You can also mark items as made-to-order (no inventory count, a processing time instead) or as one-of-a-kind pieces. Bulk edit tools let you update prices, shipping options, or vacation-mode settings across many products at once.

Receiving orders

Order notifications arrive by email and appear in your seller dashboard. Print shipping labels through the dashboard or from your own carrier account, mark orders as shipped, and add tracking. Buyers get automated updates at each step.

Growing your business

Suliit is not a growth-hack shortcut. Sellers who grow on the platform usually invest in three things: photography, response time, and post-purchase follow-up. The dashboard shows you which listings convert best, which search terms bring you traffic, and which customers order again — enough to make informed decisions without being buried in charts.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are the merchants of record for their listings. That means you set your prices, honor your stated shipping times, respond to buyer questions within a reasonable window, handle sales tax where you have nexus, and stand behind the products or services you sell. The full seller policy spells out the details.
