Community guidelines
Last updated: January 2, 2026
These guidelines apply to everyone who uses Suliit — buyers, sellers, staff, and visitors. They are separate from the seller policy, which covers listing rules, and from the terms, which govern the legal use of the site.
Be honest
Represent yourself, your business, and your products truthfully. Don't fabricate reviews, invent partnerships, or impersonate anyone.
Be civil
Disagreements happen; personal attacks don't help resolve them. Racism, harassment, threats, and discrimination based on protected characteristics have no place on Suliit and will result in immediate account action.
Keep it on-platform
Buyer–seller communication about a Suliit order stays on Suliit. That's not just a policy; it's how we can help you if something goes wrong. Requesting that a buyer pay outside the platform is a serious violation.
Respect intellectual property
Use only images, descriptions, and brand names you have the right to use. Report infringement through the DMCA process (see the terms).
Report, don't retaliate
If something isn't right, report it to support@suliit.com. Do not use reviews, messaging, or the public storefront to publicly retaliate against another user — it doesn't fix the issue and it usually makes it worse.
Consequences
Violations are handled by our trust and safety team. Depending on severity, action may include a warning, a temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Fraud, threats of harm, and serious IP violations are grounds for immediate termination.
