Shopping on Suliit, without the guesswork.

Buying from an independent seller shouldn't feel like flipping a coin. Here is exactly what a Suliit account gets you, how orders and payments work, and what to do if something ever goes sideways.

Creating an account

Signing up takes about a minute. You'll create a password, verify your email, and add a shipping address at checkout. You can also add multiple addresses (home, work, gift recipient) and manage them from your account page. We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with sellers except to fulfill orders.

Searching and comparing sellers

The marketplace has three ways to find what you want:

  • Browse by category. Start broad, narrow with filters (price, shipping location, rating, attributes).
  • Search directly. Use keywords; results are sorted by relevance by default, but you can re-sort by newest, price, or rating.
  • Explore a seller's storefront. Every seller has a page with their full catalog, policies, and reviews.

Because sellers are independent, comparing them matters. A slightly higher-priced item from a seller with strong reviews and a clear return policy is often the better buy.

Placing an order

Add items to your cart, review shipping options and estimated delivery, and check out. Some sellers ship within one business day; some are made-to-order and take longer. The listing and cart both show processing time up front so you're not guessing.

Payment process

We accept major U.S. credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers with PCI-DSS certification. Suliit does not store full card numbers on its own servers. You'll see a Suliit charge on your statement.

Customer support

If a seller isn't responding, or if you need help understanding an order, our support team is reachable by email or phone. We aim to reply to any support message within one business day.

Buyer protection

Eligible orders are covered by Suliit buyer protection. If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives materially different from the listing, open a case within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Our team will review the messages, listing, and shipping evidence and work with you and the seller to reach a fair outcome. Full details are on the buyer protection page.
