Seller policy

This policy sets out what is required of sellers who list products or services on the Suliit marketplace. It supplements the Terms and Conditions. Breaching this policy may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Account eligibility

Sellers must be at least 18 years old, must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under U.S. law, and must operate from the United States. Business entities must be registered in good standing in their state of formation.

2. Verification

Suliit verifies seller identity and business information before an account can list on the marketplace. Sellers must supply accurate information and update it when it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Listings

Listings must accurately describe the item or service, include truthful photos, and state price, shipping time, and return terms clearly. Sellers may not:

  • Use photos or descriptions the seller does not have rights to use.
  • List counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized brand-name goods.
  • List items in prohibited categories (see section 6).
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search ranking.
  • Attempt to move buyers off Suliit to complete a listed transaction.

4. Order fulfillment

Sellers must ship or deliver within the processing time stated on the listing and must upload tracking (for physical goods) within one business day of shipment. Chronic late shipping, non-shipment, or unresponsive fulfillment may result in account suspension.

5. Buyer communication

Sellers are expected to respond to buyer messages within one business day. All buyer communication about a Suliit order must take place through Suliit's messaging tools; email or off-platform communication about a transaction is not permitted.

6. Prohibited items and services

The following are not permitted anywhere on the marketplace:

  • Counterfeit or unauthorized brand-name goods.
  • Regulated pharmaceuticals, prescription medications, and controlled substances.
  • Weapons, ammunition, and their components.
  • Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaporizer products.
  • Alcoholic beverages.
  • Adult content or sexually explicit goods and services.
  • Live animals and animal parts covered by federal law.
  • Hazardous, flammable, or radioactive materials.
  • Recalled products.
  • Financial instruments, cryptocurrencies, and unregistered securities.
  • Any product or service that is illegal under U.S. federal law.

7. Intellectual property

Sellers must own, license, or have written permission to use every image, description, brand name, and trademark that appears in a listing. Suliit responds to properly submitted DMCA notices; rights holders can email support@suliit.com.

8. Fees and payouts

Fees are described on the pricing page. Payouts are made to a verified U.S. bank account on the seller's plan schedule. Suliit may hold funds in the event of a dispute, chargeback, or suspected policy violation until the matter is resolved.

9. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for determining where they have sales-tax nexus and for the correct collection and remittance of taxes on their transactions. Suliit provides settings for collecting sales tax and issues 1099-K forms to sellers who meet the IRS reporting threshold.

10. Enforcement

Suliit may remove listings, temporarily suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where feasible, we give sellers written notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. In cases involving fraud or safety, action may be immediate.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active sellers by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
