What is Suliit?
Suliit is a U.S.-based online marketplace where independent sellers list products and services, and buyers can browse, compare, and purchase from them. Suliit is not the seller of record — the individual sellers are.
Who owns Suliit?
Suliit was founded in 2018 by Robert Barber and is operated from Prince Frederick, Maryland.
Where is Suliit based?
151 Main St, Prince Frederick, MD 20678, United States. All customer support and operations are handled in the U.S.
Is Suliit safe to use?
Sellers are verified before they can list. Payments run through licensed U.S. providers that are PCI-DSS certified. Buyer protection covers eligible orders that don't arrive or arrive materially different from the listing.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse listings and open seller storefronts without an account. You need an account to place an order so we can send updates and support you if something goes wrong.
How do I create a buyer account?
Click Sign Up, enter your email, verify it, and set a password. You can add shipping addresses later at checkout or from your account settings.
How do I become a seller?
Apply through the seller registration page. You'll need a legal name or business name, tax identifier, bank account for payouts, and a photo ID for verification.
How long does seller verification take?
Most U.S. applications are reviewed within one business day. If we need something else, we'll email you directly.
What can I sell on Suliit?
Physical products, digital downloads, and professional services in permitted categories. Prohibited categories are listed in the seller policy.
What can't I sell on Suliit?
Counterfeits, regulated pharmaceuticals, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, adult content, live animals, hazardous materials, recalled products, and anything illegal under U.S. federal law. See the seller policy for the full list.
Are there listing fees?
No. There are no per-listing fees on any plan. Sellers pay a monthly plan fee (Starter is free) and a transaction fee on completed orders.
What are the transaction fees?
3.5% to 6.5% plus $0.30 per completed order, depending on the plan. See the pricing page for the current rates.
How do payouts work?
Payouts go to a verified U.S. bank account via ACH. Frequency depends on the plan — weekly on Starter, twice weekly on Growth, daily on Business.
How long do payouts take to arrive?
Standard ACH transfers typically settle within one to two business days after the payout is initiated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major U.S. credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported, and Suliit account credit issued from refunds.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
No. Suliit does not accept cryptocurrency or process transactions in digital assets.
Is my card information stored on Suliit?
No. Full card numbers are handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment processors, never stored on Suliit's own servers. We work with tokenized identifiers.
How does buyer protection work?
Eligible orders are covered if the item is not received or arrives materially different from the listing. Open a case within 30 days of the expected delivery date. See buyer protection.
What if the seller doesn't respond?
Message the seller through Suliit first. If there's no response after three business days, open a case from your order page and our support team will step in.
How do I request a refund?
Contact the seller through Suliit messaging. If the seller's return policy applies, they'll authorize the return. If there's a dispute, open a case and our team will review it.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on the bank, most refunds land within 3–7 business days.
What if I get charged for something I didn't buy?
Contact support@suliit.com immediately. We'll investigate and, if the charge is unauthorized, reverse it and secure your account.
How do sellers set shipping rates?
Sellers configure shipping in their dashboard by carrier, weight, or flat rate, and can offer free shipping on selected items. Buyers see the total shipping cost at checkout before paying.
Does Suliit ship internationally?
Some sellers ship internationally; many do not. Whether a listing ships to a given country is set by the seller and displayed on the product page.
How do I track my order?
Once the seller marks the order as shipped, tracking is available in your order page. You'll also get email updates.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled before the seller has shipped. Once shipping is initiated, you can return the item under the seller's return policy, or open a buyer protection case if the item doesn't match the listing.
Does Suliit handle sales tax?
Sellers are responsible for collecting sales tax where they have nexus. Suliit provides settings for tax collection and issues 1099-K forms to eligible sellers.
Will I get a 1099-K as a seller?
If you meet the current IRS 1099-K reporting thresholds, yes. 1099-K forms are issued by the end of January for the prior tax year.
How is my data protected?
Data is stored in the U.S. and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted internally. See the privacy policy for details.
Does Suliit sell my personal information?
No. Suliit does not sell personal information. Data is shared with sellers only to fulfill orders, and with service providers who help operate the platform.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Request deletion from your account settings or by emailing support@suliit.com. We retain certain records for legal and tax purposes, as described in the privacy policy.

Do you have live chat?
Not currently. We prioritize thorough email and phone responses over instant-but-shallow chat. Most emails get a full reply within one business day.
Can I list a business on Suliit and also link to my own website?
Yes. Sellers can link to their own website from their storefront. However, transactions for items listed on Suliit must be completed on Suliit.
Can I import my catalog from Etsy or Shopify?
Yes. Suliit accepts CSV imports from major platforms. Business-plan sellers can also request migration assistance from our team.
What if my listing is removed?
You'll be notified by email with the reason. Most removals are for policy violations that can be corrected — updated photos, corrected descriptions, or removing a prohibited item. If you believe the removal was in error, reply to the email to appeal.
Does Suliit run promoted or sponsored listings?
No. Suliit does not sell promoted placements. Search and category ranking are based on relevance, listing quality, and seller performance.
How are reviews handled?
Only verified buyers can leave a review, and reviews are tied to actual orders. Sellers can respond publicly to any review. Suliit does not remove negative reviews unless they violate community guidelines (e.g. personal attacks, off-topic content).
What if I find a listing that shouldn't be there?
Report it by emailing support@suliit.com with the URL and a short description. Trust and safety reviews reports within one business day.

Do you have an API?
Yes, on the Business plan. It covers order management, listing management, and inventory syncing. Full documentation is provided to Business-plan accounts.
